Our services are available exclusively in Greater Noida, India.

Service Terms

  1. Prepaid Services: All services provided by Asure Health are prepaid. Full payment must be made prior to the provision of services.
  2. No Minimum Commitment: There is no minimum duration or commitment required for any of our services. You are free to utilize our services as needed.
  3. Service Availability: Service availability is subject to the location within Greater Noida. We will inform you about any restrictions based on availability.

User Obligations

  1. Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical history, prescriptions, and any required equipment to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare services.
  2. Professional Conduct: Users, their representatives, and caregivers are expected to interact with Asure Health staff in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of abuse, misconduct, or misbehavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in service termination.
  3. Cooperation: Users must cooperate with our healthcare professionals in following the prescribed care plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
  4. Exclusions of Duties: Please note that our healthcare staff is not responsible for performing general household duties, such as cleaning floors or cooking food. Our services are focused solely on the healthcare and medical needs outlined in your care plan.
  5. Provision of Medications and Equipment: Users are responsible for providing all necessary medications, medical equipment, and consumables such as sanitizers, gloves, masks, and any other items required for the healthcare services. Asure Health does not supply these materials.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment Methods: Payments for services can be made via bank transfer (RTGS, NEFT, IMPS), UPI, wallets, or as a prepaid upfront payment. All transactions must be completed before services are rendered.
  2. Refunds: Refunds will be provided under specific circumstances, such as in cases of overpayment or service non-fulfillment. Please contact us for details regarding refund eligibility.
  3. Non-Refundable Services: Some specialized services may be non-refundable once provided. Service-specific refund policies will be outlined at the time of service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Request: To cancel a service, please contact us at info@asurehealth.in. We will process the cancellation as promptly as possible.
  2. No Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.
  3. Short Notice Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service is due to begin may result in partial charges for the service, at Asure Health's discretion.

Liability Disclaimer

  1. Medical Outcomes: Asure Health provides medical services with professional care and diligence but cannot guarantee medical outcomes. The effectiveness of services may vary based on individual health conditions and circumstances.
  2. Limited Liability: Asure Health's liability is limited to the provision of services in accordance with these Terms. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and ensure that your data is securely handled in compliance with Indian data protection laws. For more detailed information, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy available on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts, in compliance with relevant healthcare and data protection regulations.

Amendments to Terms

Asure Health reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
